How long do deliveries take?

Standard Shipping takes up to 7 - 10 days*

Special orders and customized items require additional delivery time.

*  Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Can I ship my order to a Post Office?

No, Baxterwood & Co does not ship orders to Post Office Boxes.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order and how can I check its status?

We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped which will include the information to track your order.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges are based on Size, weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Gift cards using Standard have no shipping charges.

Gift cards using Express have a $6.50 shipping charge per destination. Gift cards using Overnight have a $10.00 shipping charge per destination.

Merchandise Total does not include any merchandise discounts.

Shipments with "Free Shipping" use Standard.

*  Add $7.50 for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

**  Free Shipping not available for non-gift card items to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses, items shipped from our vendors, special order items, and some heavy/bulk items.

***  Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post; please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

What does "additional charges may apply" mean?

Additional fees are charged for certain items because of their weight and size. These items will be noted on our website.

Do you charge shipping for Gift Cards?

Standard Ground Delivery: no charge

Express: $6.50

Overnight: $10.00

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

To ship items to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipment. We can't divide the same order into multiple shipments.

Can I ship an order to Canada or other foreign countries, or to US territories overseas?

Currently, we do not ship Canada or other foreign countries, or to US territories overseas.

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses

We are able to ship to APO/FPO addresses with few restrictions:

We do not offer Express or Overnight shipping to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped via Parcel Post and arrive within 4-6 weeks.

Generally, the items that would not be eligible for APO/FPO delivery are very large items such as furniture. We will be happy to provide information for specific items at your request.
